Yana is originally from Kiev, Ukraine and Tykhon is from Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Tykhon and Yana has both started dancing at age 7 years old , when their parents noticed their interest and natural talent to ballroom dancing. Both, Tykhon and Yana were representing Ukraine till 2016 , but in two different partnerships. In 2017 they started a joint career in Professional International Latin devision, however, in 2019 they decided to switch to professional Smooth. From their first competition they have succeed and fully committed to this style! Along with dance, Yana fond a passion for Photography. Her unique, classy, and tasteful style can be seen reflected in both her photos and dance. Tykhon has a wild personality , he loves to explore different activities, one of his favorites is Surfing. Both Tykhon and Yana have a love for traveling and exploring new places.
Before becoming an official partnership, Tykhon and Yana were teaching together a lot. This forced a desire from both sides to begin dancing together, and with time they started they had their debut. Through out their partnership, Tykhon and Yana where successful enough to achieve the following;
A goal that the couple shares is to become the US and World Smooth Champions , which they hope to achieve in the near future.
